To notify us of a claimed infringement of your copyright or other intellectual-property right by material residing on or accessible through this Website, you must contact us in writing by regular, email at the addresses provided above and provide the following information:

If we receive a counter-notice under these provisions, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the original complaining party files an action seeking a court order against the individual or entity who placed the content, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.
No deposit shall be subject to reversal after delivery if the advertisement concepts are approved, or if a change is requested unless Autofire Strategy cannibalizes or terminates the Contract due to your breach or non-performance.
The following arrangement will apply to all refund requests.
Autofire Strategy charges a monthly retainer for managing your marketing system that may include but is not limited to SEO, Message Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Facebook/Instagram Marketing, Google PPC. Only fees that are subject to running and maintaining campaigns can be refunded with the following rule:
- A complete refund would be granted (less than 10% service and processing fee) if a refund is requested within the first 2 business days of a new billing cycle.
- A refund request made between the first 3 to 5 business days of a new billing cycle will result in a 60% refund (less a 10 percent service and processing fee).
- A refund request made between the first 6 to 10 business days of a new billing cycle will result in a 30% refund (less a 10 percent service and processing fee).
- We are unable to refund If the request is made after the first 10 business days of a new billing cycle. However, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you're encouraged to get in touch with us.
- A refund request in the first month, unless has a valid reason and agreed by us, will not be approved, as extra works will be required in setting up and onboarding.
- Any refund request must be backed with valid reasons.

- If your refund request is backed with a valid reason and is reasonable under our refund policy. You will receive email approval from our refund department, and your money will be returned to its payment card. However, if your concern can be resolved through revision, we encourage you to contact us first.
- After Autofire eCommerce returned your money, the design rights of the advertisement were obtained by the company and you could not display the design in any format. In addition, we should point out that:
- Having now transferred all design rights to the company, you agree not to make any use of or ownership interest in any response or other content, work product, or media in any way (directly or indirectly).
- By partnering with the Government Copyright Agencies, Autofire eCommerce would share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs that would restrict their re-use as original designs in the future.
